Default Fuel trim

Does anyone know about reading fuel trims and what they mean?

Short term bank 1, long bank 1&2 are running about +18%
Short term bank 2 is running at about +3%

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

These readings were at idle if that means anything.

Do you have the exact fault code numbers?

No fault codes a popping up right now besides the p1171 and p1174. When I can afford it a new MAF will be going in.
If it means anything the banks level out to 0.00 (+/- a few) when I push to 2000 rpms. My o2 sensor voltage for bank 1 and 2 upper are around .7 and .8 while post cat are around .45
The reading on the MAF at idle is around 3.6 g/s I believe. Long term trim on both banks is around 22%
