Gasket - Inlet manifold
Hello, I am reassembling a 2003 D2 and cannot remember what hose hooks up to this fitting. The fitting is to the right of a multiplug. I have attached a photo with an arrow pointing to the fitting. Please help! Oh, and another question while i'm here, lol, I have no idea how to hook up the two lines to the throttle body. What are these lines? And what are their sources?
Thanks!
Thanks!

All I can tell you for sure is that the arrow in the second picture points to one of the throttle body heater plate tubes, which carries coolant. I can't remember if the one pointed to is the return or the delivery tube, though I'm not sure direction of flow matters.
Thanks, I am aware that the tube connects to the throttle body, just not sure where the other end of the tube connects to and guessing it is the radiator or the coolant overflow box? Could you tell me what it is connected to on your truck?
Thanks
The outlet indicated in the picture of the upper intake manifold connects via a hose to the throttle body heater, as others have said. It doesn't matter which side of the TBH it is connected to but the standard setup is for it to connect to the left-hand side nipple on the TBH as viewed from the front of the truck.
The other nipple on the TBH connects via a short length of hose (maybe 2") to the nylon pipe that runs to the coolant reservoir.

Others have already given the right answers, but roversnorth.com's diagrams can be helpful in situations like this: Discovery II Engine Top End - Rovers North - Classic Land Rover Parts
You can also always look at the shop manual.

Thanks guys this is a big help, but I have read that the throttle body connectors can be bypassed is this true? Seems like a much better solution especially since i'm out in the desert where low temps seldom go below 50 Fahrenheit during winter nights. I think the bypass is just plug the plenum coolant line into the overflow source but let me know if this is ill advised.
