That looks like the one on the front differential side and it came with a factory grease fitting. The double ujoints on the transfer side will only have grease fittings if they have already been replaced. The factory shaft didn't have the grease fittings on the transfer side.
Is there something definite I could look for ( I thought I had found it) that would tell me if I have a oem driveshaft, and hence need to be replaced. Or an after market and has been replaced.

This post will tell you if you likely have an OE propshaft or aftermarket.

So, is your drive shaft original, if so are you going to have it rebuilt or buy a better, up-graded replacement.
Do you know how to grease these joints? When doing it, fill them slowly and until you see clean grease come out from around the rubber seals. This should be done at every oil change or 5000 miles for best results.
Also make sure you grease the slip shaft on each of the drive shafts, and they do/can take a lot more grease then the u-joints and only need to be done every 15,000 miles or so.
