That ebay link is for $35 but last time I bought a PAS pulley it was $15 used. Like I said call around to the guys mentioned above and also check auto sports unlimited.

There's also a wrecked DI (and DII body) at the yard in SE Olympia, have you checked there? I can't remember the name of the place.

According to AB, the water pump assembly and pulley are the same for DI and DII.

that link was 34.95 free shipping, I don't know a good price for those things but its the only one I found doing a quick search. probably 8 to 15 bucks at salvage, but this would be convenient if you cannot locate one locally.

SUCCESS! After 4 hours of dremel-ing and drilling I got the waterpump and pulley seperated from the fan assemble. And I did it w/o breaking anythang I didnt intend to break. I do believe I will go have a beer to celebrate my success.

I sent a message to both the guy from the other forum who is parting out his D2 and a couple of auto salvage yards for a replacement pulley. If I dont hear back by tomorrow evening I will just pony up the $35 to guy on Ebay for the pulley. I want to get this project OVER WITH and go play in my rover.

thanks for the links guys!

Check out the pic - do you know how friggin' long it takes to dremel through a steel pulley with a 1" cutting disc on a dremel?!
