I found the service manual online (all 1529 pages) and used that to follow all my hoses. Turns out I had leaking lines at the thermostat housing and at the "T" section above the radiator at high rpms. I swapped out those spring compressed clamps for some stainless steel pipe clamps and got it to stop leaking. Then I drained the engine system and put about 6.5 liters of fluid in. The gurgling stopped and no more leaks.
