Yea.. about the not broken drains.. take them out and fix them anyway. I am.

Yea! You're talking about the hard plastic case that the sunroof sits inside of and actually touches the painted surface of the top of the truck, right? I did run a good bead of sealant all the way around both of them as I noticed that the plastic had lifted up off the painted surface just ever so slightly in several places around the thing, making a perfect entrance for water. No improvement at all. I'll never pull the headliner again...I'll put the sticker over them before I do that. like you said...They're useless really. Just another PITA!

Did you check the rubber seal inside the sunroof? The one the glass closes on? I've also been told if the glass isn't properly aligned it can leak as well.
