Default Hand Brake

Hello everyone,

Ok I'm tackling this problem now, when I installed the CDL, one of the instructions was to disconnect the cable from the hand brake and push it up and out of the way to pull out the center console, when everything was put back together the little arm that attaches to the ratchet doesn't seem to have anything holding it in place.

So In short, I can pull the lever up but it just goes back down, the button doesn't poke out anymore unless i shake the handle. How should I go about fixing this? I don't like putting the weight of the vehicle on the transmission.

I did my CDL and had no issues with the Hand brake. I will look at it tomorrow and see what I come up with.
