Default Handbrake adjustment

Can someone tell me where the exterior adjusting screw is located? RAVE just says it's at the drum but I haven't found it yet and cant see any sign under the truck of the cable to trace it back to a brake drum (or maybe it's forward?)

I just spent an interesting time turning the wheeled adjuster under the handbrake lever "to take up the cable stretch". Bloody hands and one of those fraction of an inch turn every 5 minutes jobs and all to no avail.

Thanks so much. I hope I don't have to open the drum up but if I do this picture set will be extremely helpful.

Thanks again.
