Happy New Year! Here's my list... unfortunately more fixing than modding. Looks like you were busy this year as well.

Replace Front Diff

Replaced Transfer Case with a Locking one

This thread got me thinking, lets see in 2012 I did the following:
Replaced steering rod/trak rod/steering damper with heavy duty ones.
Replaced horn buttons on the steering wheel.
New Battery
New air filter box lid
Installed OME 2" Heavy Duty Lift
Installed DBA rotors w/ Akebono Pads
Got some BFG 245/75 r16 All Terrain Tires
Installed SS brake lines and ABS extentions.
Replaced Right rear hub & left front ball joints
Installed 180 degree thermostat.
Repaired exhaust leak at Y pipe.
New windshield wipers
Installed Ipod connection for my single disc Visteon stereo.
Damn, that was a bunch for one year!

November and December 2012:
Pressure wash engine and undercarriage
Repaired both jump seat locking mech.
New plug wires
Change engine oil/filter
Change trans fluid
Change front diff,rear diff. and transfer case fluid
repair rusted through hole in roof
replace sunroof ecu
install new radio
install new rear door subs
add Ultra Gauge, GPS, Radar Detector
new instrument cluster dash cover
built new wiper tray and fresh air intake cover
repair leaking sunroof
replace 1 bottom seat cover
installed heated seat switches
installed new horn buttons
3 new wipers
bypass throttle body heater
new MAF
remove CD changer
install 800 Watt power inverter
add fire extinguisher
add HID High Beam Driving lights
replace about 6 exterior plastic trim pieces
repair tailights
Rebuild spare tire carrier
Repair rear seat belt
2 new oxygen sensors
Add aftermarket keyless entry
repair clock
sand and buff hood
.... and a bunch more......
Planned for Jan. - Feb. 2013
Build 170 deg thermostat
flush radiator and cooling system
replace 3 door lock actuators
replace 2 blown speakers
make steering wheel controls work with JVC stereo
Replace 2 or more tie rod ends and alignment
rebuild front driveshaft
new windshield and plastic "A pillar" trim
repaint roof
repair/replace ac blower motor
replace instrument cluster lens
and whatever breaks on a daily basis...
driving it about 400-500 miles a week
17 mpg
