Has anyone replaced Torque converter solenoid on Discovery 2?

I don't know for sure but try Abran Abeyta or Paul Grant for one and also ask them the question.

Do you have any symptoms to warrant solenoid replacement? Can the code be cleared? Does it immediately return?
Not necessary to remove trans to replace.

Cannot identify any symptoms associated with code appearing. It has appeared twice with over 100 miles between codes. Both times with heavy weather conditions (major snow storm and second time heavy rain). Tran fluid looks good in color aND level. My code reader says solenoid locked off. Replaced torque converter in 2013. Good to know that am not looking at pulling transmission. Thanks
