Has anyone used these lug nuts?

You beat me to it OverRover. Even if they were OK the problem remains if you have alloy wheels and you use an impact wrench it's slowly either going to seize or destroy the alloy wheel centers. Probably fine on steel wheels, if you can find any, or alloy with metal inserts.

I imagine ceramic coating would be even better, but more expensive.
On that note, I had 5 wheels powder coated for $250. I took a set of exhaust manifolds to a ceramic coating place and they quoted me $300! I found another place with a good reputation and they charged $150(inside and out), still expensive. Anyways, thought I would share those costs.

I guess it depends on the quality of the powder coating. I have a friend that did his and they have been looking good for 2 years at least.
