Default Have my shuttle valves been repaired?

Bought an 04' recently.

I was looking at the ABS pump and noticed there are 2 wires going underneath. One to ground and one is spliced from the harness(yellow with green stripe) to enter underneath.

Does this mean that my shuttke valves have been replaced and the wiring issue resolved? I understand that without knowing the quality of the work it is hard to say, but this is at least a sign that a repair has been carried out, correct?

it was probably fixed using the Option B method from the sticky at the top of the forums about the ABS mod fix.

That is exactly indicative of an option B repair.
