Head gasket job Questions

Two of the center Headbolts were either not torqued, or had come loose, very loose. There is discoloration where the coolant was escaping, and you can see on the gasket how badly the oil had eroded it. I am glad I caught it.
What a shame that it got messed up.
I am going to measure all of the Ports on the head and Manifolds. I did a quick check of the exhaust manifolds, and the measurement I got was 15.1 with the Cylinder Head exhaust port at 17.1. That's plain stupid.

that’s a very good point. I am taking them to a higher end shop. It’s really not much more expensive, and they know what they are about, professional and are going to dipnand paint my other parts as well.

Low chance, but you could get block warpage there, too.

They are from Turner, so i have a ton of confidence in the block, but if I can rent a tool I will do it.

The shop also used washers on the intake manifold bolts, which I don't believe are supposed to be there, the two Intake Manifold Gasket clamps are not the genuine bolts, and I am guessing that is why they loosened so dramatically.
Anyone else have washers on the intake manifold bolts? I mean, I thought that the thought process for flanged bolts was to avoid washers.
