I have a set I bought used of ebay for $65. I took them to a local shop in Austin and had them ceramic coated for about $120. I have not installed yet. But before I do I will get heat numbers and let everyone know my findings.

P38 headers wont work, well, they'll bolt up, but the flange is at a bad angle. I found these headers, but they are pricey...

Truck isn't mine... those headers are like 700$.

Is that a right hand drive? Why is the inertia switch on the left?

This photo makes me wish I didn't have that stupid SAI crap hanging all over my engine. The engine bay doesn't look so cluttered and complicated without it. It sure would cut down the time on valve cover and head gasket jobs.
I'm seriously thinking of removing the SAI all together. Time to research SAI removal threads I guess. I wonder how much this will cost me? Thanks a lot for posting that photo Dane! I won't be able to sleep right until I get this done.
And this is how I blow all my money.

It is a RHD, but that header kit will work for a LHD truck. I honestly would get everything settled with the suspension/drivetrain before I dove into the engine bay. I understand the $$$ thing, Rovers are expensive.
