Getting ready to order parts for the head gasket and oil pump gears, but wanted to get a check on the parts, and any suggestions people have. It's an 03 in the VIN range, getting low oil pressure, and I have significant lifter/rocker noise. I have not had the oil pressure tested in a while, but last time I did, it was low but I don't remember the numbers. oil light is not come on though that's not saying much.

So, parts from atlantic british:
head gasket kit
head bolts
oil seal (front cover)
front cover gasket
oil pump gears
oil sump gasket
oil cooler o ring
oil pickup o ring
t-stat and serp belt for good measure

for the lifters/rockers, I'm assuming worn parts in there, but I won't know until I get it open what I need, so I'll order later. I'm thinking couple of stuck lifters and/or worn push rods.

Questions:
1) anything to add to the parts list?
2) any tips on finding out which lifters are bad or should I assume all are bad and replace?
3) same question on rods - should I replace all if a few are bad?
4) anything else I should think about replacing while I have the whole thing open?
