Looking at Atlantic British and Rovers North head gasket kit. AB includes more but doesn't mention the brand. Rovers North says it's Proline and it's the OEM "upgrade"
Is there a difference?

The AB one is made by elring, it's supposedly OEM.

 

I stumbled apon this on another forum and made alot of sense...It's about head gaskets...

Interesting..... Thanks for linking that. Teflon tape on the head bolts, no oil, and another 180 degrees on the long bolts. I'll have to go back and see what he says about the torque sequence. So the AB head gasket kit should be just fine.....
