I had to use a long handled 1/2" drive breaker bar with a piece of pipe over it to break the old head bolts loose. Use a good quility 6 pt. 5/8" socket for the head bolts, I used an impact socket. I was not impressed with using torque angle rather then using foot pounds to torque the heads. It does not seem like a very consistant method. Change your thermostat, belt and hoses if needed while you have it apart.
