Head gaskets, full paint job and powder coating before and after
My paint luckily has held up, except for the roof. The bonnet and fenders were repainted some years ago when while winching the cable snapped and the ****** block went through the windshield while I sat behind the wheel! Block bounced off the hood and took out the windshield. Insurance paid so now I only have to get the roof repainted,

What I don't understand is why paint jobs have become so expensive. Even Maaco.
Redrover has a lot of typical clear coat faults on the bonnet and roof, and I've been debating whether to have those areas repainted or let them age (un)gracefully.

$2.3 is pretty cheap for getting the entire truck painted. Most body shops were telling me $9k+.
