Headlamp washers

Question is when do headlamp washers turn on. 2001 discovery. I cannot find switch for them. thanks for any info in advance

When your lights are on and you wash the front windshiled the head lamp washer will work.

Actually the headlight washers turn on once for every three uses of the windshield washers. At least that is how it is in my '02.
