Great info! Thanks GZPhoto! And CANAMdiscovery! I will be gathering all parts before I do it! 1 thing, is it preference to put a 03 grill on? And does it mount up as the 99 would?

03-04 grille is much nicer because you don't have to cut it to fit the new headlights.

I have considered this conversion as well.
Damn I remember this guide with pictures, and now all the photos are gone due to the photobucket blackmailing its users...

Anyone saved those photos, or knows of a useful guide?...

I think the glass headlights are superior in longevity. The plastic on the 3-4's will oxydize from use. The glass ones don't do that.

Take a pic of the 03-04 setup after you first install them, because shortly they’ll either fog up on the inside or get cloudy lens due to the UV. 94-02 glass head lights are MUCH better IMHO (yes they can still fill up with goo, but vs the 03-04 it’s much much less common).

I love the 03-04 grill, but I am not a fan of the plastic vs glass headlights.
