Sheet metal screws will punch holes in your resevoir bad idea I think.

I think I would put a rubber like pad under mine after removing those stpid screws.
Or I may just use the top two bolts only I think that is really enough for a tank of washer fluid... don't you?

Those bottom screws hold it away from the firewall. A good bump on a 20 degree day will bust the nozzle off of your rear washer pump. Don't ask me how I know this....

I tried I think what you said to the wipers keep working with lights on. I think it may be my washer pump. I pulled the rear wiper fuse now i can turn on my lights and the wipers do not come on the wiper switch functions but no sprayer.. so ... Thanks
