Angry Headrest monitor's

The Problem I'm having is I installed one in dash 7" Touchscreen In my land rover disco 2 Everything has been working fine with it. So i went ahead and installed 2 headrest monitors for the kids. now When the engine is running the monitors Have white horizontal lines running through the headrest screen but go away when the engine is off i have tried to run a wire straight to the battery and to the monitors and they worked fine but i cant have them like that or it will drain my battery best buy told me either Ground loop wire or a CAR video distribution amplifier any ideas?

I would agree with best buy, you are most likely having a ground loop and either a video filter or a good video amplifier (which should have a filter in it), also may want to re-tap all your grounds and get them as close to the video source unit as possible.

you don't need the apostrophe in the word monitors. plurals do not require apostrophes.
