Default Heat & A/C buttons lighted?

The screen that shows temp settings is lit, but all the buttons below the screen are not? Should they be? Simple bulb replacement? If so secret to getting the unit out of the dash would be appreciated

see attached. You have to remove radio, then work from above. Dash plastic is delicate, and there are lots of hidden screws in places you would not think of.

So the buttons are suppose to be lit, and there are bulbs that can be replaced in behind the push buttons?

Yep. One bulb lights up all 4 buttons on the bottom. One (I think) for the LCD. And two, one each, for the temp controls.

Go to the Atlantic British Youtube page. They have a video there showing how to remove the heat/ac unit without removing the radio and also shows how to replace the bulbs.
