Have you replaced your thermostat?
Did you flush the heater core?

I have changed the thermostat and reconnected the heater core. When I flushed the heater core it flows good both ways the heat has gotten better but not like my other 2000 disco I had. When I turn it on HI it just doesnt get warm enough to me. I will continue to park it on a incline and keep bleeding it, maybe its just air I hope. Thanks for all the replys.

Are either of the heater hoses hot? Sounds like you have a massive air pocket in the system.

Now that you mention it I dont think they get hot. How would be the best way to get rid of the air? Thanks Disco Mike

I checked the two hoses again and one was hot and not the other so I flushed it again and I now have heat, for now anyway.
