I guess maybe you could work a deal with someone closer to you in the states. I know a few of the import guys from The Great White North have PO boxes next to the boarder where they have the parts shipped.

I know people with addresses in Montana, but it still costs me roughly $250 in fuel just to get down there. If I was in Lethbridge or in southern BC, no problem, I'd be ordering parts all the time

Well, at this point it's looking like I'm going with the DA5645 (just waiting on the refund). Once it comes in, I'll take some pictures and then drive it over to a local welding shop. They'll be welding on skid plates, light bar and brush bars for about 80 in parts and 150 in labour. Once I get it back, I'll get some more pictures as I mount it, and post it up for you all.

On another note, I've never had a problem with Lucky8, even though they always have to call me back to increase the shipping costs since Canada sucks for delivery charges
Check 4wheelparts.com for the ARB bumper in Canada [1]. It was in the $1500 range last I checked. I ended up ordering the terrafirma bumper from LRDirect as it was cheaper and I liked the style of it.
