Default Heavy Duty or Upgraded Motor/trans Mounts?

Back in August I replaced my passenger motor mount, and both transmission mounts. After they were ripped apart after the transmission got shoved up by a rock from a wheeling trip. The driver side looked fine at the time but they all have since started to fail or partially failed. When I ordered the mounts from AB they sent Britpart ones, and one of the motor mounts arrived defective. Somehow when cleaning the threads from the overspray of whatever gunk they put on it, the threads started free spinning. All I was doing to clean them was running the nut on and off with a 18 mm wrench in my lap, so there's no way I over torqued them. I called AB and they said that its unfortunately somewhat common and they sent me a new one which I then installed. I asked them if they had OEM ones and they said LR stopped producing parts 2 years ago. Seeing as I'm about to replace them again I want to go with some higher quality ones that I don't have to replace again.

Has anyone found any alternative other than Britpart? I've heard of blacklisted (https://www.blacklistedengineering.c...-engine-mounts) but its very confusing if they are available or if the shop is still shipping items. I do wheel often so durability is key and comfort an option.

I have the Blacklisted Engineering mounts. There's more NVH coming into the cabin, especially at idle, but nothing that's making me want to go back to stock.

I'd try to reach out and see if he has any in stock, or at least if he has any plans to do another production run anytime soon.

I believe you can run a jag v12 mount or a 300tdi mount which should be stronger but still the same design.

Do you know if there's a material change that comes with it? I've had all of them fail where the rubber like compound meets the metal plates.

First photo is the motor mount, second photo is one of the transmission mounts.

Unsure of exact change but should be stronger (not by a whole lot) mine have all failed just like that. I kind of just treat them as a wear item and expect to roast one once per wheeling season if I get out enough (my driver side likes to be the issue). I can change the motor mounts in like 20 min a side or so.

Do you use the 300tdi mounts? On the first set that failed I didn't realize they had failed until I noticed a dent in the hood from the underside, I had a hose clamp holding the intake on facing up and when wheeling the mounts both failed so the engine was just bouncing around.

I haven't broken a set since I learned of them. I mainly wheel my classic hard and my white disco had turned purely overland/camp/hunting rig these days so it's seeing a whole lot less abuse on harder trails.
