Didn't mean to give you a job but if you're willing I'll have the mod done almost immediately and nominate you to the mod list. My nominations have vaulted Alex to well-deserved mod stardom!

its all good; and if you can find this same stuff at ACE or wherever (which I will be sure and include the brand and model) it definitely will not be falling apart. I bought brand new scissors and had a difficult time cutting through the stuff. its impressive!

Sorry no-can-do. I tried. Couldn't load all my pics, Effie page froze up. I'm over it. Now I remember why I quit trying to post detailed threads. I just waste a bunch of time and F*** myself

Hahha. Email it to me! I'll publish it and take credit! Kidding.

Or just tell me what that blue stuff is called. I'll figure the rest...

Topgeek@vancleef.pro

It is a total PITA to post anything detailed. Especially with pictures.

My bumper has cracks in the middle so I have another mod going for an aluminum cover that I drew and CNC-cut-to-fit. Let me know if you have any interest. Here are a couple "befores" and I will put up an "after" tomorrow

This is lots of great info, thanks everyone. I'm really interested to hear some details on the header performance. MPG, horsepower and torque. I'm guessing you don't own a dyno machine, ha, but even a little write up on MPG gains...if any and also where you feel the HP difference...if any.
I'm seriously looking into doing this mod but I'm looking for more than great sound. My truck already sounds good with current set up. Thanks for all the info.

Lol yea no dyno, there's definitely a noticeable difference, low end and top end, although mine was sluggish since i bought it in december of 14..there is an increase in mpg as well and i gfeel a bit more torque too... I'll have to fill her up on payday and run it empty and let you guys know or wait till mid october when i go to cedar point, if i drive it ill know highway mpg for sure ... Ive been meaning to do that ! But there is an increase!!
