Angry Help - 15 OBD2 Codes

I am having the weirdest issues and have no idea where to start troubleshooting.

This all started about a month ago while I was off-roading, nothing serious, just some gravel roads with a few bumps. At the end of my ride I rounded a corner, hit a larger bump a little hard, and my dash lights went out. I thought maybe I blew a fuse, but no fuses were gone. I did a little research about it and found out it was my headlight stick. However, it would still turn on my dash lights from time to time, they would just fade away as I would drive and disappear.

I immediately started looking for wires that might've been knocked off while off road and couldn't find anything. So I replaced the switch hoping that would work, it didn't, the new one suffered the same "temporary" dash light problem, and would ultimately always turn off the lights as driving.

Here are my current issues, and I know they must be tied to something centrally wrong, I just don't know what.

1. 15 OBD2 codes currently showing: 0340, 0445, 0448, 1884, 0102, 0135, 0155, 0141, 0161, 0154, 0134, 0160, 0140 (pending), 1668 (pending), 0560 (pending).
2. My battery will not stay charged enough to start the rover past 2 days and runs dry. I have checked for running utilities but can't find anything on. Still need to do a fuse test to see what is pulling that kind of current while it's off.
3. Replaced alternator recently due to the fact that my alternator could not keep the battery charged while driving.
4. Currently experiencing a power loss when accelerating from idle, only happens in drive, does not happen in neutral, and only for the first 2 seconds of powering up.
5. I can hear a surge in my power generation when accelerating through the AC/Heat/radio like everytime I speed up the fans get faster, or the volume gets slightly louder.
6. Currently dash lights/shifter light is out, Headlights work just fine, rear lights work just fine.

I am so at a loss. I had the p0340 OBD2 code 2 weeks ago, and reset it only to get it back again, but why all the others? What do they mean? I can't find a guide with all the codes...

Please help, this is my first rover, I love it, and I don't want to get rid of it.

Counter questions for you

Have you checked your grounds? Had a similar issue, where I disturbed a ground in the driver footwell. Drove 2 hours with no dash light in a snow storm....but that's a different tale for a different time.

What has been voltage with the vehicle running and off. You should also be considering doing a amp draw test as well. If your battery drains in 2 days, it's a notable draw.

Doing this on my phone, so no access to codes but you should really consider downloading the rave manual. Every code is in there.
