OBD2 codes from my disco2

OBD2 codes from my disco2
Well spent the day rebuilding my front end and drive shaft.
Then hooked up the code reader so now I have a list of codes and need to know what the are, here are the codes and what my Autel 619 says for each.
P0445 purge valve, P0448 evap vent, P0102 mass air flow low, P590 says contact land rover, P0340 cam sensor, P300 random missfires, and P1884 contact land rover. Also one in the ABS shuttle valve electric failure.
Does anyone know if these are the correct details for each code. Thanks for any help.
