There shouldn't be any significant heat at that point. Only ambient engine bay temp.

Any flexible hosing should do it, if it fits properly.

the deteriorated hose part i just duct taped. been running great for 3+ years that way. but that won't help if you need the two plastic parts on each end... i'm sure paul grant has some
