You're thinking about it wrong... OME DOES MAKE stock height springs, they are the height of a NEW stock Disco when it was fresh off the line which was 2" higher than they are now that they've worn out.
Nobody makes a spring the height of your worn out saggings springs if what you are saying is that you'd like to maintain your worn out spring height.

My disco came with rear SLS (air bags), at normal height there were 2" - 2.5" inches between the wheel and the wheel-arch. At raised height there were about 5", about the same as now with the OME 781 coils...
I chose the OME 781 springs because I didn't want one of the generic no-name brands that come with the coil swap kits. However they are in no way whatsoever stock height. Maybe the OME 764 (220 lb/in vs 290) or something else, I don't know...
