Default Help with code.P0336

K I got a code p0336. Says Crankshaft position censor. I've noticed a sluggish ride lately to. Feels like the torque dropped off a bit. Was just gonna get new plugs. I replaced my cpc last summer? Time for a new one ya think or any other Ideas?
I searched for this code but oddly nothing came up...

Most likely time for another. In earlier Discos there was a reluctor disk with metal tabs (teeth) and sometime one would get bent or broken off. Can be seen thru inspection plate. I believe your model has the drilled disk version, which makes that unlikely. When replacing CKP sensor pay close attention to spacers, they must go back on in an exact order.

Something didn't hold up well with your replacement. Replace it before it totally fails or you will be left stranded.

If the dealer replaced it within the last year, it will still be under warranty.
