I went out to my truck yesterday to get something out of it. I put the key in to unlock the door, when I went to lock the door (key inside door lock) it would not turn. I'm NOT able to lock the door with the key fob as it's non existent and the buttons are no longer there for it to function.

Any help would be great.

You are in trouble. Without the FOB you will not get passed that bad door lock actuator.

 

EDIT: Guess I need to buy a new one.
