Default Help - how to remove pillar external trim

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to remove the external pillar trim. (see attached photo) A little stuck, not sure how these plastic rivets work - anyone know? I have looked at the Rave manual, it shows the rivets but not 'how' to remove them...

Really don't want to break these - help!?

Ok... maybe I didn't look hard enough. There are instruction from Atlantic British on youtube (I love Youtube... ). In case anyone else needs this, here is the link:

Clint- The rivets are going to break, they are designed that way. I just went thru this with the right side A pillar on my 04 D2. I tried to find the right size rivets at Napa but the are not. Get them from AB, and buy a couple of extras. I know I need one extra so I was glad I bought them. FYI if you are replacing the A pillar, they are now flat black. I bought one to replace the one that had a broken clip tab. (terrible design), and when I got it I called AB thinking they sent the wrong one. They told me that LR or its parts suppliers only make them in flat black. Now I have one gloss and one flat.
