Default Help identify this front guard

I am going to go look at the 04 Disco i've been looking at. Its a two owner with 88K miles black on black. It has a front bumper guard on it that I have no idea what it is or who made it.

That is the OEM brush guard.
It is ABS plastic, that is the only kind you can buy in the UK.

Thank you...I know it didnt look too heavy duty. ABS plastic..the UK and their pedastrian laws..

Exactly, if your stupid enough to step into traffic and get impaled on a winch bumper thats your fault.
