So I got e everything torn apart with the help of a buddy and some beers.
Got all the way to the bottom and realized that the end seals were not in the box with the valley pan gasket, so i am stuck for the weekend. I found the two end bolts that hold the clamps and seals in were barley finger tight. The seals were cracked and practically crumbled in my hands. I presume this is where I was leaking from

Sitting here with a laid up truck, i'm wondering if there is anything i should do to clean things while i'm waiting?

Or should I not worry about it?

I plan on doing an oil change when it is back together.

So far the list of items that will be completed on this interval:
-throttle body gasket (along with a cleaning)
-throttle body heater gasket
-valley pan and seals
-upper manifold
-plugs
-wires
-new negative cable (i broke mine)
-valve cover gaskets (almost lost one of the little washer things in the rocker, but found it with a magnet, close call)

I do notice some oil in the IACV, should I replace the PCV valves as well? I saw something about an oil separator, but don't see that in the RAVE.

Where are those notches someone mentioned, about sticking a wire through to make sure they are not plugged? Can someone point them out on one of the pictures?

I was having a ticking sound, which I attribute to a lifter. besides replacing them, anything I can do to give them a scrubbing since its open?

I will be replacing the oil with 15w40 Rotella T.

Thanks for the help folks.
