Not entirely sure I know the bosch engine covers are good for the bosch engine and gems for gems. Not sure if there is a difference on the 4.0 vs 4.6

Start with an oil change to 15w40 oil or 20w50 - see what your oil pressure is after that. If it does not come up you can check the pump gears (I did the same on a 2002 I had). If the gears are good but the oil pressure still won't come up when hot then you likely have very worn cam bearings/crank bearings - it bleeds enough oil pressure the lifters won't stay pumped up at low rpms. You can rebuild it or ...
