Default Help with plug wires for starters!!

I just bought my first Land Rover Discovery 2, I just changed the plugs to iridium but I don't know what wires to go with and if I should go to 8mm. I also put a drop in K&N filter in and changed the oil to Mobile 1 synthetic with no leaks at all. Any other suggestions or help would be great. I'll post a photo this week b4 I do more to it such as a snorkel, lift, roof rack, skid plates etc.

I'm sure you'll get the same response from just about everyone...take a look at the maintenance sticky at the top of the forum. Most likely you're due for most, if not all, of it before you get into to the fun stuff. For wires, 8mm is the way to go. Either STI or Magnecor. From there I'd worry about the driveshaft next, and then fluids all the way around...front/rear diff, transfer case, tranny, etc, and switching from Dexcool to the green coolant.

Set of Magnacor or STI 8mm plug wires, just a heads up I have read quite a few map sensors have been burnt up use K&N filters.

First, get rid of the K&N air filter, they have a tendency to kill D2 MAF's, stay with a good factory, not after market paper filter for better results.
What year is your D2 and does it have SAI?
Might look at British Parts of Utah for either of the above mentioned 8 mm wire sets.
You will most likely want some help with installing the wires, if so, PM me your number and I'll walk you thru the fun process.

Get rid of the K&N.
Kingsborne has about the best price on high quality wires. $36 for 8mm
