Hey all! Continuing on with the interior project and today went ahead and removed all the garbage duct tape the prior mechanic or owner used whenever they invaded the door cavities and replaced with a tape that works much better, and thought I'd share. I use this tape all the time building our house, it's used to seal seams between sheathing panels for to eliminate air penetration. Blah blah, anyway, it works perfectly to patch the vapor barrier on our cars too due to it's stretch and tact. It's 3M's 8067 weather sealing tape. I get it on Amazon and it comes in many different widths.
