I see there are some more units like this available since the last time I looked... I know some people have used the Jo Ying unit with success but I'm looking for a better unit that has HD radio.

The two best options I can find are from Pioneer and Alpine, and they are EXPENSIVE...

Anyone have experience with either of these in a D2 and are they worth the money?

Nowhere does it say if the screen in 9" wide or measured diagonally like most screens are... 9" wide laps over the HVAC vents a bit on either side but it is adjustable outward so that may not be an issue. 9" diagonal seems like it would fit perfectly.

 

Why not just install an HD radio app on an Android system?
I have a Joying unit. I'm sure there are better units on the market without paying the kind of money you're looking at there. The Joying qound quality isn't great, but I've never been particularly impressed with the Disco setup anyway.

 

In 2020 I upgraded to this item from Crutchfields. First they're very helpful when you call. Second, sometimes they will have units that have been returned at a lower price but with the full warranty.
