Holy smokes...!!! 1171 & 1174
The pic appears to point to the upper o-ring only, but the quantity required is 16, so 2 per injector. The P38 catalog shows it better, with both o-rings being pointed out in the pic, but with the same call-out number.
So I made it over to the truck & took a look @ an injector... The upper and lower are most certainly different....???
Edit: Silly me...!! The upper O-ring was stuck in the fuel rail...!!
