I believe the leg posts over-time weaken and spread due to consistent pressure to work the switch closed enabling the horn relay ultimately, blaring the horn...

If you chose to experiment, be cautioned. The plastic is flammable- you only need to hold the lighter flame on there for 3 - 4 seconds.
great tip, Coors

Agreed, I avoided ordering them for years for that exact reason, but I finally got tired of horn buttons popping off on me. My mind has finally gotten numb to the styling of these. Pros outweigh the cons sort of thing I guess.

No worries, not going to hurt my feelings. I don't like the CRA logo on them either.

I've got the same ones. You forget how odd they look... until they pop off.

The funny thing is, the maker of the buttons couldn't even spell. They left the "P" off the end.

So sorry for ignoring such a nice offer.
This is why this community is so good.

I blew my left one out.
Please PM if you can help me out with that.

Kind of you to even think of it.

And yeah, saw those Ebay ones, but still $26 shippingÂ…

Again, thanks and sorry for the delay.
Sorry I'm just now seeing this. I went on vacation shortly after my post. Didn't try to blow you off

Such a crappy design.

So, who has come up with a better solution?
Looks like buying the damn things is out — I'm not spending $50 on a button (or $150 on the whole set plus harness).
Particularly when that just get's me back to new, but still awful designed button.

I did find this solution with sealant and O rings, but I don't really "get it":

Ideas? Suggestions?
I used a piece of receipt paper I had in the car.
