The electrical library has all those sorts of details.

The inside of the fuse box lid usually has informational graphics on it.

Got it. Thanks. I will look at the fuses this afternoon and see what I can figure out.

In the meantime, is there any danger to the cooling fan fuse issue? What should I watch for as signs of trouble?

As mentioned above pull the grill off (3 plastic push pins), then unplug each horn, replace 10amp fuse and try the horns again by pressing the horn button (while horns are still unplugged), if fuse is still good you have a bad horn. You could then plug one in at a time until you figure out if one of both are messed up.

Aux fan wise if you have the grill removed you'll be staring right at it and D2's only have one Aux Fan. Use something thin to see if the fan blade rotates. If it doesn't it's seized. You can install the main Efan motor from a Toyota Corolla as a replacement for around 60.00.

A fuse is a fuse and I know for a fact Oreilly Auto Parts carry 40amp fuses.

Yep. I went to the OReilly closest to my house and bought a bunch of 10a and 40a fuses. I'm testing the horns tomorrow.

While I was looking at the horns, I inspected the fan. That thing wouldn't budge. I was delicate at first, then I pushed hard and it wouldn't move.

Luckily I found several fans on eBay for $50-ish bucks.

I plan on ordering one soon, but out of curiosity, with the cold weather is a radiator fan necessary? Obviously I'm learning this stuff as I go. lol

Efan on a D2 is for aiding in cooling, and for the AC.

So I was able to confirm that the horns were in fact dead. I tested the current coming into the wires when I pressed the horn buttons and they are fine. Guess I need to buy two new horns now.

I also took off the broken volume control on the steering wheel. New one coming in early next week.

The great news is that the radio and the cruise control now work. Apparently the broken radio control was keeping the other stuff from working.

Thanks for the help.

D2 horns are notorious for 'dying' due to their position and the 'bell horn' directs rainwater into the horn internals. I've changed both the high and low tone over the years but also found an article on moving them behind the front bulkhead.
