Default Horrible sound when turnin!

At above like 20-25MPH i get a bad humming noise but when i turn it sounds like Horrible humming! ERRRRRRR Brakes and rotors have been replaced.

Also what could be the problem about my wipers not working? turned em on a couple days ago and i had a little to much snow on the windshield... They got stuck halfway and stopped.. Froze up so i broke em lose now they dont do a damn thing and they move freely by hand? Any help?

Thanks everyone.

Anyone will tell you, you clear the wiper blades before turning them on or you'll strip the wiper motor gear or pivot points.
As for the noise, you need to better describe it. Have you inspected the front brakes, bearings and CV joint, if not that is what needs to be done.
