How can I test the diffs, T/c and Tranny?

Nothing conclusive lately but heres the likehood:
The vibrations Im getting at 70mph are probably due to the larger tires I fitted and also all the weights that were installed on my drivers front wheel have fallen off so more than likely that is the cause for the vibrations.
As for the winding sound, I now think its most likely the traction control. Ive heard it frequently while pulling out of my ice covered driveway, noteably while the TC light is illuminated.
