i had the air pump go out, so i disconnected the lines from the pump and rigged up a manula system whereby i can fill the bags with any old airpump. the prblem is, the autoleveing malfunction light is now on, and the dinger rings constantly. i would take out the fuse, but on a 2000, the fuse also runs the anti lock breaks. ayone know whih line to sip or what you ca do to disconnect the auto leveling waring dinger?

 

Have to use Testbook or Autologic scanner to re-program slabs ecu not to read the air suspension.

 

so there's nothing you can cut to stop the dinging? my closest dealer is 2+ hours away and i think i'll go crazy driving it that far to be reprogrammed.

edit: solution, if you plug the compressor back in but leave the lines unplugged, it fixes it. great solution. with under $5.00 invested, i have a new air system!

Check Atlantic British I thing they have a bypass when you go with springs.

 

They do. I don't think they sell it anymore by its'self. Everything I have found to bypass is more than a new compressor....

chadbormann: do you have any indy rover shops by you? You can call Atlantic british and they will locate the closest place that has an autologic scanner...
