I have a 2000 Disco and the previous owner broke the from passenger turn signal light, I remove the lense but can't get the bulb out. All bulbs I've ever dealt with require you push in and turn but this isn't working like that. What's the trick?

Thats all you should need to do to remove yours. It may have a lot of corrision built up around the socket.
