Better use a relay, switches won't last long at that amperage. And the method needs no suction, since there is pressure as soon as the ABS pump is activated. I use a push button in one hand (requires long wires so it reaches to all four wheels) and a wrench in the other hand. Press the button, open the bleeder, bleed, close and then release the button quickly.
Check if the ABS relay sits properly. Check for blown fuses. Bleed again and check for trapped air. Unfortunately light's will not go away from that. That needs to be reset with a nanocom or similar tool.
Same happened to me after excessive HDC. I bled the brakes and reset the ABS, the problem never came back.
I have this generic code reader and an ultragauge so I'll see if it will give me specific codes. Then I'll check those few things and give another quick bleed and cross my fingers.
