Trying to install a rear wiper motor. Any clues on how to remove the tail gate trim panel? The rave cd says after removing the subwoofer to carefully remove the 20 trim clips. I can't for the life of me figure this on out because the plastic trim clips are covered by the vinyl. Atone remove this panel?

 

I'm just prying them out seems to be the only way.

That's the trick. Get under the panel with your trim removal tool and pry the clips up. I forgot to remove the trim from around the handle when I removed my panel and that held me up for a couple hours trying to figure it out.

 

Yeah I was able find a nice thick paint scraper and got them all pried off. It's awesome to have a back wiper again.
