You know, I don't think that compass works, about 75% of the time.

Back up for GPS on the farm to market roads like FM369 if headed south.

and......... Done. $300 fee avoided, and problem actually solved, instead of just temporarily fixed until the replacement part decides to warp like the original.

So you used right stuff to stick the rubber back to the glass? Did you use it on the cracks in the cowl too, or did you just ignore those now that the rubber is sealing?

Bought some Right Stuff. Wanting to know if I should try to straighten the cowl and glue it, put right stuff over the cracks and leave the cowl crooked, or just ignore the cowl now that the rubber is sealed to the window. Any advice welcome. Thanks.

Did you use something like plumbers use to seal low pressure water leaks like "silicon sealer" waterprofing. used in shower receses etc in Australia?????????
This stuff is also used to fix fishtank sides together and is just great stuff when used on a clean surface like the old saying "sticks like **** to a blanket".
As i cannot see whats happening in photo's

I'm just wondering how you keep the Water Bottles from flying off when turning on the Freeways... You might try using some Duct Tape to hold them down.
